Hard Rock Cafe Inc. is a chain of theme restaurants founded in 1971 by Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton in London. In 1979, the cafe began covering its walls with rock and roll memorabilia, a tradition which expanded to others in the chain. In 2007, Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. was sold to the Seminole Tribe of Florida and was headquartered in Orlando, Florida, until April 2018, when the corporate offices were relocated to Davie, Florida. As of July 2018, Hard Rock International has venues in 74 countries, including 185 cafes, 25 hotels, and 12 casinos.

Customers say: My wife is an All Access card holder and we've been to several Hard Rocks before, but this one is downright terrible. Waiter came back to check on us AFTER we finished our meal. Had to borrow salt and pepper from another table ! We got our "complimentary" champange AFTER midnight while we watched a guy walk right by us carrying 3 bottles of champange. When we did get champange, it was literally about a half ounce in a plastic cup. I am not kidding either. That is the gods honest truth ! I stopped him and asked where ours was he replied that he don't work there ! Is that even legal for him do that ? Then asked the waiter to see the manager and he said "he's over there, if you want him you go get him!" I told him it is his job to get the manager and just just stood there and laughed while he was having fun with his buddies. I then had to go to the manager to complain and all he said was" you had your food, paid your bill, there's nothing I can do!" What kind of manager is that ? I would love to know how to file a formal complaint against this place but who do you contact ? This place just plain SUCKS !

"I've been working at the Hard Rock Casino Sacramento since it's grand opening as a Security Officer. We are paid $13 an hour, 40 hour weeks with what used to be optional OT. Since the reopening last month (May), there has been a huge influx of employees leaving in search of other employment. In my position we were guaranteed a promotion once we completed a course on detaining which was done through YCSO. "The housekeeping department was the worst. Managers don't care at all. If u get hurt the still expect you to kill yourself working. Your doing everyones job. Very little training. Housekeeping get put in rooms in groups for eight hours and call that training. With no supervision.Lack of training. No respect. "When asking your management about how to be promoted to the next level they cannot even answer your question. They are overburdened with tasks and cannot do anything besides go to meetings about what food needs to be prepared for what event and date. Therefore, they have no idea on how to manage their people and to help them advance in their careers as well. All they care about is themselves! HR department is useless, and you cannot talk to anyone directly if you have a problem with an employee. Even though you report them so many times, and they 'point out', they still do not fire them although they've met all the requirements to be let go due to several factors. Your co workers can treat you like dirt and management will let them get away with it no matter how many times you bring it up to them. "The particular location I unfortunately worked at I strongly warn anyone not to waste there time. Any job in Key West is better then being a bartender at HRC Key West. If you have to work the inside bar...be prepared to to work long shifts, very hard frantic work prepping all the mixes, fruit, and making drinks for the servers, and the tip out from the servers and the hourly is awful. Outside bar is a little better financially and more fun but still not worth it. Slogan says "go to work happy", in reality "go to work, on time, regardless of any cause or else". - Uncaring management treats you as if you have no value. Some call it "Hard rock High school", because you are treated like a child. - Terrible hours - Benefits are ok - Smoke will cause you health problems - Be aware when you work for the Seminole Tribe, you are working for a sovereign nation that does not have to abide by any employment law of Florida or Federal govt. "Hard Rock Cafe - CPH, Very slow service and boring food. Hard Rock Cafe - Copenhagen, used to be a great place. Unfortunately after moving to the new location beside the city hall in Copenhagen. The service was slow even though it was a regular day with almost no guest. Plus the food was so boring. Sadly this is the last time we’ll visit Hard Rock Cafe Copenhagen. All the other countries we’ve traveled to. The rock hard cafes are great and excellent. But Copenhagen was the worst."

"Giving Hard Rock Tahoe the benefit of the doubt, the July 4th holiday and COVID, we likened our stay to that of a Maximum Security Prison. During our 4 day stay we experienced multiple Fire Alarms sending us out of the building in the middle of the night, doors constantly slamming around us so hard we could feel the vibration from the bed, people yelling throughout the hallways around the clock, a next door domestic disturbance which sounded so violent, we came close to dialing 911 when hotel security did not arrive after our report of it (we do not know the status of the woman who was being thrown against the wall or furniture and screaming for help), 4 phones calls and a trip to the front desk to get shower towels and bed linen, uncontrollable shower water temperatures, an air conditioning system whose sound could be compared to the engines of the jet we flew in on, witnessing a man relieving himself out a hotel window while another hung laundry out, garbage piled up outside the back parking lot entrance. And of course the daily ritual of people barfing in the parking lot and hedges adding that extra touch of class. If there was ever a candidate for Undercover Boss, this property clearly qualifies. I would suggest the General Manager and his/her significant other stay in a room (preferably near an ice machine, fire exit or elevator) throughout a busy weekend and experience the quality of the property for themselves. Strongly do not recommend this hotel. Staff Friendliness - 3 Stars Service - 0 Stars Noise - 0 Stars Accommodations - 2 Stars Location - 3 Stars Cleanliness - 1 Star Average - 1.5 Stars"
